Training
All new Officers have to attend the initial fourteen week Probationary Training Foundation course held at the CNC Training Centre in Cumbria. This is a modular course and all new officers much successfully complete all modules.
The CNC Training Centre works in association with the NPIA to benchmark best practices in police learning and development. CTC has consistently achieved NPIA Quality Approval as a police training provider.
