Mentors
As a probationary Officer, you will be automatically be assigned a supervisor and mentor for your 2 year probationary period. They will provide guidance to you on both a day to day basis as well as if you are looking to further your career within the Constabulary, about the standards that are required to meet the criteria. Leadership and diversity are generic core competencies for all roles.
