Continuous Development
Your performance is monitored through Performance and Development Reviews (PDRs) and constantly reviewed by to encourage the development of skills and the role. The Constabulary Training Centre (CTC) runs regular development and specialist courses that are integrated with the requirements for role profiles.
The main goal for continuous development for all staff is to achieve greater transparency throughout the organisation, so that everyone knows what is expected of them and they have a clear awareness of the bigger picture whilst being focused on delivering our core business.
